I am a bit of a shoe horse. Prior to meeting my husband, I used to have all of my shoes organized by color and type… in clear shoes boxes with polaroid photos of the shoes on the outside of the boxes. Since becoming a mama, my shoes have become more and more practical. My weight loss rewards are shoes – I got a pair of Frye boots for losing the first 25 pounds of my goal – but I’m much more drawn to the shoes I choose to cover my 20 favorite toes on this planet these days. So, since Fall is here and fashionable and photogenic babies in the greater Louisville area need fun kicks to get through the winter blahs… Here are my top shoe picks and convenient links through which to purchase them… (feel free to grab Harper some extras if you want to thank me… she wears a size 5;)
For Your Little Lady:
See Kai Run: Megan. Purple is my girl’s favorite right now, and See Kai Run shoes are so good for her feet that I feel like a good mama for buying them. www.seekairun.com
I dont know why I love these boots from www.pediped.com… but I do!
Ecru Character Boot from www.nextdirect.com We are designing a whole kitty outfit around these:)
Joy Folie Boots… ok. Anything Joy Folie is on my coveted item list… but I can’t justify $72 for a pair of boots she would only wear like 3 times… but when her feet stop growing so fast you’ll find me stalking this site daily. www.joyfolie.com
For Your Little Man:
See Kai Run: Omri in Smaller. As stated above, See Kai Run is amazing quality and cute to boot… no pun intended. www.seekairun.com
Livie and Luca: Ferris. Charlie has these in a race car check… but I like the camo too. Livie and Luca make great shoes for both boys and girls… www.zappos.com
Robeez Speedy – Little guys grow too fast.. so even crib shoes should be race car worthy. www.robeez.com
Morgan and Milo – I cant wait for Charlie to fit into a pair of these (ok, I really can because he is already growing to fast:( ) Morgan and Milo LTT Slip On.
