He’s Here!!!! Charlie arrived last Thursday via c-section… and well… has been asleep all but about 3 hours since then. When he wakes up and starts doing exciting things I’ll be sure to update you… but for now… you’ll have to make do with a picture:
I love this kid. He is sweet… looks like his Daddy… and thinks I’m the center of the universe (because milk – my main job these days – is totally his favorite thing EVAH.) We have also embraced his shocking infant resemblance to a full grown Winston Churchill. Charlie is currently referred to as The Prime Minister around our house and is treated with the appropriate amount of deference:)
We have our newbie shoot with Angela on Sunday… and I’m giving you a sneak peek of my favorite prop…. (it has shipped and will be here by Friday…. Squeee!)… You’ll have to wait for Charlie’s FW debut to see all the goodies I have cooked up… but I am all aflutter over our shoot and cant wait to share. For the moment… here is the MUST have item I procurred for the shoot (and I justified the purchase by telling myself Harper can use it to play doll babies with post-pictures… double the bang for my buck:)
I can just imagine his little fat self (all 9 pounds 6 ounces of sweet baby boy) cuddled up on the bed in an angelic pose while rocking a custom made Grandma item:) I LOVE it… but not as much as my Charlie… I’m off to do some snuggling and cant wait to share some newbie highlights next week:)
